Kataeb Secretary General Serge Dagher on Wednesday dedicated the day as one of remembrance and loyalty to Bachir from Bachir's party.

“You inspire us,  and we follow in your footsteps. Up until we restore the State, up until liberation and even martyrdom, we continue to be sovereigns, Lebanese, reformists, tenacious, and valiant,” Dagher tweeted.

"Serving Lebanon is the Kataeb party's goal,” he added.
