Sayegh: Emmanuel Macron Has a Responsibility to Protect Lebanon's Judiciary

Kataeb Lawmaker Selim Sayegh on Thursday said that French President Emmanuel Macron had a special responsibility to protect the judiciary in Lebanon.

"There is no rule of law guaranteeing common interests without the judiciary. Gone are the days when the police state suited everyone," Sayegh tweeted.

"The police state in Lebanon is against France," he added.
