Audi Raises Concerns About Lebanon's Future Due to Presidential Vacuum

Greek Orthodox Metropolitan of Beirut and its suburbs Archbishop Elias Audi, voiced his distress over Lebanon's decline, pointing to a fading of democratic values and a slide towards disorder and authoritarian rule.

Speaking to his followers, Audi raised critical inquiries regarding the country's condition, focusing on the lack of effective constitutional governance, the erosion of military strength, and the pervasive instability driven by unbalanced power structures.

"Is it possible for a nation to thrive in the absence of a constitutional leader? How can our military maintain its integrity when institutions are undermined, decisions are swayed, and the populace bears the brunt every day?" Audi pondered.

Audi brought to light the suffering of civilians ensnared in the chaos of political conflict, underscoring the misuse of national assets and the unfair allocation of rights and duties among the populace.
