After parts of Lebanon have been battered by heavy rain and flooding, Kataeb Lawmaker Selim Sayegh called on Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati in an official letter to conduct a comprehensive survey to all damaged areas, identify and address the causes and determine the basis and amount of compensation.

“We are awaiting results and the necessary steps to prevent the recurrence of such catastrophe,” Sayegh tweeted.
