Sayegh: Stop Violating the Constitution, No Solution Except by Swift Election of New President
Deputy Head of Kataeb Party Dr.Selim Sayegh deemed parliamentary session devoted to discussing President Michel Aoun's letter regarding the resignation of the government amid presidential vacuum as a continuous insult to Lebanese’ intelligence.
“Stop violating the Constitution and wasting time: one day you hold a dialogue to elect a new Head of State, another day you decide to form a government, and today you decide to discuss an expired letter! No solution except by the swift election of new President of the Republic,” Sayegh tweeted.
