Sahel Hospital Evacuated as Israeli Allegations of Financial Bunker Surface

The director of Sahel Hospital has announced the evacuation of the facility, strongly refuting Israeli claims of a Hezbollah financial cache hidden beneath the hospital.

The hospital director, Dr. Fadi Alameh, called upon the Lebanese army to conduct an inspection of the premises, asserting that the allegations of a Hezbollah bunker containing substantial amounts of money were unfounded.

“We deny any connection between the hospital and political parties,” the director stated, emphasizing the hospital's commitment to serving the community away from partisan affiliations.

Alameh firmly rejected the Israeli assertions that tunnels exist under the hospital, urging the army to investigate and confirm the absence of such structures.

Earlier, the Israeli military spokesperson claimed that Hezbollah has constructed tunnels beneath the hospital to store substantial amounts of cash—reportedly valued at around half a billion dollars.
