The Organisation of Detainees and Forcibly Disappeared Persons in Syrian Prisons held the Prime Minister, the Council of Ministers, including the Minister of Foreign Affairs, fully responsible for Lebanon's abstention from voting in favor of the detainees and forcibly disappeared Lebanese and Syrians in Syrian prisons.
The organization condemned the decision that was taken against 622 comrades who are forcibly detained in Assad's prisons.
"We will stand united with our supporters as an unyielding barrier against this corrupt government until we free our imprisoned comrades and recover the remains of those who have lost their lives," it noted.
It also called on the Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdallah Bou Habib to resign from his position and apologize to the detainees and forcibly disappeared persons and the Lebanese citizens.
