Nadim Gemayel: No Salvation for Lebanon Before Disarming All Militias, Implementing International Resolutions
Kataeb Lawmaker Nadim Gemayel noted that Hezbollah's innovation regarding preemptive wars has proven its failure following the Syrian war, and the crises, displacement, and crimes it has caused in Lebanon.
“Today, the support front championed by Nasrallah only brings Lebanon woes and destruction. Hezbollah neither protects nor defends Lebanon. What's happening in Gaza; destruction, tragedy, and hunger, is not a victory for the Palestinians... and what's happening in the South and Bekaa regions is neither defense nor support nor victory,” Gemayel wrote on “X” platform.
He emphasized: “There is no salvation for Lebanon before disarming all militias and implementing international resolutions, most importantly UNSC Resolution 1559.”
