Kataeb Lawmaker Nadim Gemayel noted that the damage caused by Beirut blast is still significant, especially in Beirut, saying that many citizens lost their homes.

"What we are witnessing today in Syrian and Palestinian camps is the best evidence that the Lebanese State has learned nothing from previous experiences," Gemayel said in an interview with MTV.

Gemayel also accused the Lebanese State of being primarily responsible for the blast, demanding compensation for all Lebanese especially the people of Beirut.

The Kataeb Lawmaker renewed his promise to always stand by the families of the victims in general and the people of Beirut in particular, and to provide continuous support until justice is achieved.
