Maronite Patriach Bechara Al-Rahi on Monday met with Lebanon's army chief General Joseph Aoun at Bkerke with talks featuring high on the latest security developments in Lebanon, as well as the situation of the military institution. 

Patriarch Rahi paid tribute to the role of the army and security forces in combating any attempt to destabilize the streets, which could threaten civil peace and the safety of citizens.
