Former Minister and lawmaker Elie Marouni on Monday slammed officials’ lack of responsibility towards the Lebanese people, saying that accountability will be achieved.
“Hunger and poverty have spread, despair has taken over and people are feeling disgusted about everything they are experiencing,” Marouni wrote Twitter.
“The Lebanese are suffering and yet politicians don’t feel ashamed of their actions. They have no conscience and no ethics,” he said.
“Justice will be served,” he added.
