Gemayel: Festivals, Shows Have to Happen in Syria Not Lebanon

Resigned Kataeb lawmaker Nadim Gemayel slammed on Thursday the voting process of the Syrian Presidential elections that took place in the Syrian Embassy in Yarzeh, saying that today’s festivals and the shows should happen in Syria not in Lebanon.

“Whoever wants to cheer for the Syrian President Bachar Al-Assad, let him go back to Syria,” Gemayel wrote on twitter.

“Convoys supporting Al-Assad don’t pass by neither Jounieh nor Nahr-al Kaleb and absolutely not by Achrafieh,” he said.

“Provocations are forbidden. Any Syrian refugee who votes for the one who caused his displacement should return to his country,” he added.
