Kataeb MP Elias Hankache on Thursday praised the role of the Lebanese Red Cross namely after the detection of coronavirus disease among its staff, wishing all infected a speedy recovery.

"You have risked your life to save us, you were the frontline soldiers against the virus, you transported all the infected and you have spread awareness,” Hankache wrote on Twitter.

“The Lebanese Red Cross heroes stood beside us and now it is our turn to support them and stand next to them,” he said.
