Kataeb MP Elias Hankache on Monday commented on the announcement of Justice Minister Mary-Claude Najem in signing the Decree of Judicial Formations, hoping that the decree wouldn’t be further obstructed in its next course under the pretext of quotas.
“Between the separation of the decree and then its annexation, more than three months have been lost from the Judiciary's independence,” Hankache wrote on twitter.
