Kataeb MP Elias Hankach has urged the Lebanese army, the Internal Security Forces, governors, district chiefs, mayor, and local dignitaries in the host to closely monitor the movements of displaced people across the country.

In a statement posted on his X account, Hankach called for reviewing the names of individuals residing in shelters and rental accommodations, highlighting the necessity of ensuring that no militants are allowed among the displaced.

This precaution is aimed at protecting civilians and preventing exposure of safe zones to potential shelling.
