Israeli Troops Destroy Hezbollah Training Camp 200 Meters from UNIFIL Base

Israeli forces operating in southern Lebanon have uncovered a Hezbollah training facility located roughly 200 meters from a UNIFIL base, the Israeli army announced on Friday.

Reservists from the Oded Brigade raided the site, which the Israeli military claimed it was used by Hezbollah for combat training, weapons storage, and strategic planning. A range of materials, including documents and training manuals, maps detailing Israeli locations, and guides to Israeli vehicles were found, it added.

Moreover, the site reportedly contained tunnel entrances and an assortment of weapons, alongside rocket launchers primed for potential attacks on Israel, according to the Israeli army statement.

The weapons were seized, and the facility has since been demolished, the military confirmed.
