Kataeb Party leader Samy Gemayel met Wednesday with Chinese Ambassador to Lebanon Chen Chuandong at the party’s central headquarters in Saifi, in a courtesy visit aimed at exploring ways to enhance cooperation between Lebanon and China.

Discussions focused on the longstanding friendship between the two countries and the importance of strengthening trade and economic relations across various sectors. Both sides underlined the need to bolster cooperation and maintain open channels of dialogue to support mutual interests.

The meeting was attended by Gemayel’s foreign affairs adviser, Dr. Michel Abou Abdallah, Head of the Kataeb Foreign Affairs Department, Marwan Abdallah, and Dr. Fadi Ardo.
