President Joseph Aoun met with Justice Minister Adel Nassar on Tuesday, with talks focusing on efforts to enhance the efficiency of courts and public prosecutions. 

During the meeting, Aoun emphasized the need to expedite judicial proceedings and ensure the smooth progression of investigations into pending cases. He placed particular focus on advancing the probe into the 2020 Beirut Port explosion, which has been repeatedly delayed due to political interference and legal challenges.
