But the fact that it took a ceasefire agreement in a war most Lebanese never wanted to force Lebanon to finally appoint a leader is heartbreaking.

On the fourth anniversary of the assassination of activist Lokman Slim, Kataeb Lawmaker Selim Sayegh wrote on the "X" platform: "My friend Lokman, after four years, what you said in your farewell in Haret Hreik has come true: 'Lokman died, but dignity and freedom will live on and the journey continues'!
