Rifi Calls on Government for Clarification on Captagon in Lebanese Pomegranate Shipment to Iraq
MP Ashraf Rifi has called on the government to provide a clarification regarding the reports from Iraq concerning the presence of Captagon in a shipment of Lebanese pomegranates that arrived in Iraq via Syria as part of settling Iraqi oil dues.
"Lebanese people have the right to know the truth, following the example of Iraqis, and we await the government's response," he noted.
