According to Al Akhbar newspaper, Paris has conducted an assessment of the outcomes of the visit of the presidential envoy Jean-Yves Le Drian to Beirut last month.

It has decided to initiate a workshop on two fronts: the first involves the capitals concerned with the file, and the second involves major forces in Lebanon.

According to the information, the French are about to initiate talks with Riyadh, during which they will propose the idea of including Iran in the discussions concerning Lebanon.

During his second visit, the French envoy will invite Lebanese officials to engage in comprehensive dialogue.

It is worth noting that there have been discussions about the possibility of Paris hosting the dialogue in case it cannot take place in Lebanon.
