On the same day, Lebanon's government declared Hezbollah's military and security activities illegal. Kataeb Lawmaker Nadim Gemayel recalled Lebanese intellectual Lokman Slim on his 2nd assassination anniversary.
“The terrorist militia killed the body, but did not kill the soul and the cause. Peace be upon the soul of Lokman and the souls of our martyrs who were assassinated by the militia itself,” Gemayel tweeted.
