The Kataeb party on Sunday congratulated all those who have won at the Syndicate Pharmacists, namely the party’s Syndicates and Joe Salloum, who was elected at the Captain.

The party praised Salloum for his hard work in pharmacy and his perseverance at the union work, saying that he properly deserved his new position.

The party voiced regret over the militia's actions that have toppled the Dentists' Syndicate elections earlier today, warning against such unacceptable practices to become a new indication aimed at overthrowing democracy and striking the union work in Lebanon.

The party called on concerned authorities to conduct the necessary investigations to uncover the circumstances of what happened so as to prevent its recurrence, urging the Dental Syndicate Council, to set a new date for the re-run of the elections as soon as possible.
