Kataeb party’s Deputy President Selim Sayegh on Wednesday deemed the participation in the electoral process as the last battle towards freedom, calling on the Lebanese expatriates to continue to support Lebanon.
“The international community and the United States haven’t given up on Lebanon and there are movements on all levels that are working on supporting the Lebanese people,” Sayegh said during a symposium held with the Lebanese-American professor Philippe Salem during Voice of Diaspora program.
Many expatriates have joined the seminar including Lebanese from the United States, Germany and Australia.
