Kataeb leader Samy Gemayel on Thursday called on the United Nations to take over the Beirut Port blast investigations, namely after today’s massive fire that has erupted a while ago at the port.
“How can a new fire break out despite the presence of all the security and judicial services at the Beirut Port crime scene?” Gemayel asked on Twitter.
“It is suspicious what is happening at the port in light of a such corrupted and neglected authority,” he said.
