Kataeb leader Samy Gemayel on Monday praised the role of the Lebanese Red Cross in fighting coronavirus, hailing their continuous efforts in the battle against the virus.

“My appreciation goes to all the efforts and sacrifices exerted by the Lebanese Red Cross volunteers on the frontline of COVID-19 battle,” Gemayel wrote on Twitter.

"We stand beside you," he said.
