The Cabinet on Tuesday has appointed new six-member board of directors to Electricite du Liban.
Tarek Abdallah was appointed from the Sunni candidates, Hussein Salloum from the Shiites, Samer Salim from the Druze, Karim Saba from the Orthodox, Habib Srour from the Catholic and Chadi Kreidy from the Maronites.
According to LBCI, an intense debate took place during the session regarding the appointment of the Druze member in the Electricty Board Management.
