Kataeb Chief Sends Message of Support to Gulf States and Lebanese Expats

Kataeb Party leader Samy Gemayel voiced strong support for Gulf countries amid ongoing Iranian attacks, pointing in particular to Dubai, which he said had been hit hard.

In a post on X, Gemayel said Lebanon stands in solidarity with the Gulf states affected by the escalation.

“We stand in full solidarity with the Gulf countries targeted by Iranian attacks, especially Dubai, which has endured significant strikes,” he wrote.

Gemayel said his thoughts were with the Arab nations that have welcomed Lebanese expatriates over the years, especially during Lebanon’s most difficult periods.

“Our hearts are with our Arab brothers and sisters who opened their doors to Lebanese communities in times of hardship and treated them like family,” he said.

He also addressed Lebanese citizens living in the Gulf, offering a message of reassurance.

“To our Lebanese community across the Gulf: May God keep you safe. God willing, a brighter future awaits all of us,” he wrote.
