The Israeli army will maintain a presence at five strategic locations in southern Lebanon after Israel’s withdrawal from the area on Tuesday, as part of a ceasefire agreement between Israel and Lebanon, according to The Jerusalem Post.

A source within the U.S. administration under President Donald Trump revealed that the duration of Israel’s presence in these positions will be contingent upon the actions taken by the Lebanese government.
