Israeli Airstrikes on Ain al-Delb Cause Heavy Casualties

Israeli warplanes launched a series of airstrikes on the town of Ain al-Delb, located east of Sidon, on Sunday, causing the collapse of a residential building housing displaced citizens from southern Lebanon.

According to initial reports from local medical sources, Ridwan Abdullah, a senior official in the Fatah movement, was among those killed in the airstrikes.

Al-Hadath news channel reported that Hezbollah's official in Sidon, Zayd Daher, was killed in the strikes.

The Emergency Operations Center of Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health issued a preliminary toll indicating that 32 people were killed and 53 others were wounded.
