Hezbollah Member Killed, Injuries Reported in Israeli Drone Attack in Southern Lebanon

An Israeli drone strike hit a motorcycle on the road to Soghbine in southern Lebanon earlier on Tuesday, causing damage to a nearby vehicle.

According to Al-Hadath news channel, the attack killed a Hezbollah member and injured another.

Lebanon's Health Ministry announced that one person was killed and two others were injured in the strike. 

In recent developments, Israeli warplanes launched a missile at the town of Khyam around 1 a.m. on Tuesday; however, the missile did not explode. The town also came under artillery fire early in the morning. 

The airstrikes continued as Israeli warplanes targeted the town of Naqoura and its surrounding areas, including Hamoul and Jabal al-Labouneh, after midnight. Later, around 2 a.m., the town of Aita al-Shaab was struck, resulting in significant damage to infrastructure, particularly affecting the electricity and water networks.

Throughout the night, Israeli forces deployed flares over the border villages near the "Blue Line," a demarcation line between Israel and Lebanon. Additionally, reconnaissance and drone aircraft maintained a continuous presence over the towns of Naqoura, Yarin, al-Jabeen, al-Dahira, Aita al-Shaab, Beit Leif, and Rmeish. Their patrols extended to the skies over Zahrani and the Mount Lebanon region before noon.
