After Israel targeted the Basta neighborhood at dawn with reports circulating about the assassination of Hezbollah's Head of Operations Mohammad Haida, Kataeb MP Elias Hankach wrote on  "X" platform:

"Why are Hezbollah's military leaders, who should be on the front lines or in the Imad 4 and 5 tunnels, instead found in civilian neighborhoods like Basta?"
