Lawmaker Elias Hankach on Wednesday noted that the Kataeb Party had not received any invitation for a dialogue yet.

“We do not want to embarrass Maronite Patriarch Mar Bechara Boutros Al-Rahi in any way, but we demand that he prays for us so that we can elect the appropriate president during this difficult stage,” Hankach said in an interview with “Greater Lebanon” website.

“If the Patriarch takes a new initiative to bring us together, we will not refuse to attend. We will not reject any invitation for dialogue and as we have responded to it in the past, we will respond to it again,” he added.
