MP Elias Hankach condemned Iran and Israel's involvement in regional conflicts that increasingly spill over into Lebanese territory, arguing that Lebanon is paying a high price as the battleground for foreign rivalries. 

“Nothing is worse than Israel except Iran, and the reverse is also true,” Hankach wrote on his X account, accusing both nations of coordinating attacks on each other’s soil, with U.S. support, while bringing total destruction to Lebanon.

“They fiercely battle each other on our land, destroying our country, our economy, displacing our people, and killing our youth… only to negotiate at our expense!” 

“This is the war of others on our land, ladies and gentlemen… take heed!” Hankach concluded.
