Kataeb Party leader Samy Gemayel met with the Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) mission, Simone Casabianca Aeschlimann, with talks focusing on the current situation in south Lebanon and its impact on the residents there.

During the meeting, held in Bikfaya, Gemayel outlined the Kataeb's perspective on the situation in Lebanon and potential solutions to the crisis. He also expressed his gratitude to the ICRC for its humanitarian efforts in assisting the people of the South amid the challenging economic conditions and the ongoing conflict in the region.

The meeting was attended by the head of the Kataeb’s Foreign Affairs Department, Marwan Abdallah, and the head of the Legislation and Public Policy Department, Lara Saade.
