Qatar to Allow Full Foreign Appropriation
In a bid to revitalize the real estate sector, Qatar's government on Wednesday approved the allocation of 10 new areas where foreigners can acquire real estate, and 16 others where they could possess a property for a period of 99 years, state news agency QNA said.
It also said that non-Qataris will also be allowed to own villas within residential complexes and shops inside commercial complexes.
