Kataeb Secretary General Serge Dagher on Sunday deemed the parliamentary elections as an opportunity for the Lebanese to achieve change.

“We encourage the Lebanese, old and young, to vote, as this is our opportunity to make change,” Dagher said in an interview with MTV.
