Beirut Airport to Halt Flights for Four Hours on Sunday

Rafic Hariri International Airport in Beirut will temporarily suspend all air traffic on Sunday, February 23, as announced by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation.

The airport will be closed to both incoming and outgoing flights from 12:00 PM until 4:00 PM local time on the same day.

The suspension of operations will affect all flights during this four-hour window, halting both takeoffs and landings. This decision has been made in coordination with relevant authorities to ensure the smooth handling of operational matters at the airport.

Passengers planning to travel through the airport on this date are advised to check with their airlines for updates on flight schedules and possible changes.
