The Internal Security Forces (ISF) announced on Monday that it had seized 1,772 kilograms of cocaine and arrested three men alleged to be behind a drug trafficking network on Dec. 22.
Here’s what we know:
• According to a statement released by the ISF, the agency’s officers arrested three people who were part of a drug trafficking network and found a large amount of cocaine in their possession. The arrest took place in the areas of Metn and Kesrouan, according to the statement.
• The ISF said two of the detainees were carrying out the sales using a car without a plate number and allegedly admitted that they had been selling drugs in several areas of Metn and Kesrouan.
