The new Samsung Galaxy Fold is already receiving negative feedback as reviewers declared that the smartphone has broken just two days after its first use.
The Samsung smartphone is of the same size of a normal phone when closed and becomes a tablet-sized device when opened. It features six cameras and costs almost $2,000.
The company claimed that it can be opened 200,000 times in total or 100 times a day for five years.
Samsung stressed that it will "thoroughly inspect these units in person to determine the cause of the matter".
