Both Lebanon and Syria grapple with precarious political, economic, and security conditions. The issue of Syrian refugees in Lebanon persists as a substantial concern, and impediments hinder their return to Syria. While resettlement in a third country is considered an optimal solution, its availability remains uncertain.
