Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati held a meeting with United Nations Special Coordinator for Lebanon Joanna Wronecka, prior to the UN Security Council meeting on November 22 to discuss UN Resolution 1701.
“I wanted to meet Caretaker Prime Minister Mikati and exchange views, after Riyadh summit, especially since the Security Council will hold a meeting on November 22 to discuss Resolution 1701 and the latest developments in Lebanon,” Wronecka said after the meeting.
Mikati's advisors Boutros Assaker and Ziad Mikati, participated in the meeting.
