Resigned kataeb lawamaker Elias Hankache on Wednesday recalled the kidnapping of comrade Boutros Khawand , deeming the State as totally absent .
“29 years have passed since the party’s political bureau member Boutros Khawand was kidnapped and detained in the Syrian prisons,” Hankache wrote on Twitter on Khawand’s 29 anniversary of his kidnapping.
“Are there first-degree detainees that are you working to free them and second-degree detainees that you don’t even ask about?” He asked addressing the State.
