Haber Says Kataeb Figures Have Increased

CEO at statistics Lebanon Ltd. Rabih Haber on Tuesday revealed that the Kataeb party is considered as a unique case comparing to other Lebanese factions as its numbers have increased by two or three times between the citizens.

“According to the conducted statistics, the change forces at the civil society as well as the opposing parties to this authority can win, up to 60% of the Parliament seats in the upcoming parliamentary elections,” Haber said in an interview with LBCI.

“60% of the citizens say that there is no party that represents them or expresses their opinion,” he added.

“72.4% among the Sunnis citizens say that there is no faction that expresses their opinion.”

“51.5% with 1.5% among the Shiites citizens refuse to answer.”

“57.9% among Christians say that there is no party that expresses their opinion.”

“55.7% among the Druze.”

“The prominent figure is for the Shiite community that is recording this percentage for the first time,” he added.
