A new fire broke out at the Beirut Port on Thursday, a month after the massive blast that ripped through the capital.
According to Kataeb.org website, highly explosive materials that are commercially used to start fires are still present near the fire scene.
At least one security service was aware of the presence of these materials and yet, work teams were allowed to enter the port despite what the consequences might be.
