Kataeb MP Elias Hankache on Monday called on the government to improve and develop Lebanon's educational system and the Lebanese Universities, stressing that the State is required to provide 1.5 million Lebanese pounds per student to save the schools.
“What distinguishes Lebanon from other countries are its educational system, schools and universities that are today at the risk of collapse!” Hankache wrote on Twitter.
“We don’t give our children neither riches nor oil. They inherit only education and culture,” he said.
