Kataeb electoral machine is following the voting process on the second phase of legislative elections held abroad in 48 countries.
The accompaniment of the electoral process started when ballot boxes opened in Australia on Saturday midnight (Beirut time) and seven in the morning (local time).
Australia was the first country to start its electoral process.
