Israeli Army Spokesman Claims Journalists Missed Hezbollah Bunker Access at Sahel Hospital Tour

Israeli army spokesman Avichay Adraee on Sunday addressed journalists who recently toured the Sahel Hospital in Beirut, questioning their inability to find a specific entrance that he alleged leads to a secret Hezbollah facility.

In a statement posted on his X account, Adraee expressed disbelief that the journalists expected Hezbollah would easily guide them to a supposed access point to the bunker of the group's slain leader, Hassan Nasrallah.

Recently, Sahel Hospital organized a tour for journalists in the wake of claims made by the Israeli army about an underground bunker established beneath the medical facility, allegedly used by Hezbollah to stash cash and gold.

Adraee assured the journalists that Israeli intelligence was highly accurate and proceeded to outline what he claimed they had missed during their visit. He pointed out that the Israeli military had monitored Lebanese media reports and utilized this information to counter Hezbollah’s alleged misinformation regarding the location of the facility.

"Look again at the suspicious wall! This is what you missed. This is what has been hidden from you; this is the entrance," he stated.

Adraee encouraged the journalists to return to the site and search for any possible ways to access the purported entrance, suggesting they check the wall, elevator, or even the basement level.

"There lies the entrance to Nasrallah's hideout, where hundreds of millions of dollars are concealed beneath the hospital," he wrote, calling on Lebanese security agencies and media outlets to investigate the matter further.

"Just as we know the hideouts of both Nasrallah and Hashem Safieddine, we also know where this hideout is," Adraee concluded.
