Israeli Army Says Hezbollah Used Southern 'Christian Village' for Militant Activity

The Israeli military released drone footage showing armed Hezbollah members operating in what it described as a “Christian village” in southern Lebanon.

The Israeli army said troops from the 300th “Baram” Regional Brigade identified the operatives entering a building. Following the identification, an Israeli Air Force fighter jet targeted the location, killing the militants, the military reported.

The Israeli military did not disclose the name of the village. In a statement, it accused Hezbollah of “cynically exploiting civilian infrastructure for terrorist purposes,” framing the operation as part of the group’s broader use of civilian areas to shield militant activity.
