Israeli Army Reissues Evacuation Call in Southern Lebanon Amid Escalating Conflict

The Israeli military has renewed its call for civilians in southern Lebanon to evacuate immediately as clashes with Hezbollah continue. The evacuation warning was first issued on Wednesday.

“Hezbollah’s terror activities are compelling the Israeli military to respond with force in the area,” said army spokesman Col. Avichay Adraee.

“Airstrikes are ongoing as the Israeli army carries out operations with significant force. For your safety, we once again urge you to leave your homes immediately and move north of the Litani River,” he added.

Israeli officials estimate that more than 420,000 Lebanese civilians have already fled their homes amid the escalating conflict.
